Refund policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds at this time. We accept returns or refunds for items damaged in transit. If your product has been damaged in transit, to be eligible for a refund, you must e-mail us within 3 days of receiving your product at info@hairmelodycollection.com. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
